Greek engineering firm Consolidated Contractors (International) Company (CCC) is hosting a careers seminar for British Iraqi engineers on Saturday 27 September at the Novotel Hotel in Hammersmith, London at 4pm. This is not the US firm Commercial Contracting Corporation (CCC) as reported last week.

West Lothian Council has threatened legal action against Edinburgh's proposed congestion charging scheme.

Plans for a two cordon scheme were presented to the City Council last week. West Lothian claims it is a tax on its residents who work in Edinburgh. It is also angry that tolls will fund improvements in Edinburgh but not West Lothian.
