The Health & Safety Executive has issued a warning to all rail contractors to ensure that proper planning and risk assessment are made when working with trailers. It comes after contractor Jarvis Rail was fined £25,000 by Stratfordupon-Avon magistrates on 14th March over an accident in June near Kenilworth in Warwickshire.
