More than 200 delegates attended Ground Engineering's Digging Deep conference held in London in December.

Attendees heard leading figures in the construction industry explain how the geotechnical industry is striving to work closely with the project teams to develop technically valid and cost-effective solutions for deep basement structures in urban areas. Construction clients, main contractors and consultants were well-represented and took the opportunity to network with geotechnical engineers during the lunch and coffee breaks in the exhibition room.

lA special GE supplement published in conjunction with the Digging Deep conference and featuring articles written by all the speakers, is being distributed with this month's issue.
