News: WS Atkins

A consortium of consultant WS Atkins, contractor Fitzpatrick, quantity surveyor Ernst & Young, and legal firms Simmons & Simmons and Arthur Cox has been appointed by the Irish Republic Department of Public Enterprise to advise on policy frameworks for rail sector Public Private Partnerships.

The brief includes Dublin's proposed £1.15bn on-street light rail network, the city's recently announced £3.66bn metro system and potential heavy rail schemes.
