The project to create a network of European transport projects, the Trans European Networks (TEN), is losing momentum, according to the honorary president of the European Investment Bank Sir Brian Unwin. Speaking at the ICE on Tuesday, he said that while gaps in public investment for the schemes are being filled in part by the European Investment Bank, completion of TENs will depend on more privately financed projects.
