News: Persimmon Homes

Persimmon Homes has been ordered to pay a £25,000 fine following the death of site worker Terence James, who was run over by a Manitou telescopic handler. Persimmon Homes was prosecuted for failing to have a health and safety plan in place and endangering site staff, under the Construction (Design & Management ) Regulations 1994 and Section 3 (I) of the Health & Safety at Work Act.
