News: North West Water

North West Water has pleaded guilty to supplying water unfit for human consumption on five counts.

The company was ordered to pay £20,000 plus £7,100 costs. The fine follows an incident in January 1999 when water with a taste and odour was supplied to 120,000 potential customers in parts of Nantwich.
