News: Jennie Price

Jennie Price has resigned as chief executive of the Construction Confederation.

She will take up a new position as chief executive of recycling promoter the Waste & Resources Action Programme.

The post will allow her to relocate to the Midlands and be nearer to her family. Keith Clarke, chairman of the Major Contractors Group, said: 'We are sorry Jennie has decided to leave. During her time here she has made good progress toward establishing more effective representation for the construction industry, particularly raising its profile.'
