NEWS IN BRIEF: British Waterways chief executive David Fletcher


British Waterways chief executive David Fletcher will set out his vision of 'a new age for Inland Waterways' at the 2002 Vernon Harcourt Lecture, which takes place at the ICE on Tuesday.
