The Construction Clients Confederation today launched a charter aimed at improving the procurement practice of UK clients. Client bodies will be required to measure their performance against predetermined targets, including satisfaction with end product and service provided by the supply chain, defects, predictability of out-turn cost and time, safety, productivity and profitability to suppliers.
