News: Channel Tunnel Rail Link

A special complaints commissioner for the Channel Tunnel Rail Link has said the residents' complaint system for the £5.2bn project is 'effective and swift'. He also praised the project's 24-hour construction helpline put in place for the first phase of the project running through Kent. The commissioner, professor Tony Kennerly, said project manager, Rail Link Engineering, was handling the project in exemplary fashion.
