Newcomers with small focus

Two Casagrande rigs launched at Bauma in Germany earlier this year were also being promoted at Geofluid: the M9 and the B100.

The M9 hydraulic crawler rotary rig is suitable for drilling small diameter holes for ground anchors, jet grouting and mini piling. Casagrande says a key feature is its manoeuvrability, made possible by a new design of the mast and support system, allowing easy set up even in the most confined sites. It can be tailored to customer needs and has been built to ISO9001 quality assurance.

The B100 is a hydraulic piling rig that can drill up to 43m depth to diameters of 1250mm and is the smallest in Casagrande's piling rig range. It too can be fitted with a variety of equipment to allow a wide range of applications.
