New vice presidents

ICE news

Carillion director for engineering and the environment Professor Quentin Leiper and Crane Environmental chairman Jean Venables have been elected as vice presidents of the ICE for 2004.

Leiper has been elected as a succeeding vice president, making him eligible to stand for president at a future date.

ICE Council also confirmed Doug Oakervee as president for the 2004 session, with Colin Clinton, Gordon Masterton, Haro Bedelian, Richard Haryott and Professor John Burland as vice presidents.
