New scheme to help graduates find engineering jobs

The Institution of Engineering and Technology (IET) today launched a scheme to help engineering graduates make the transition from university to employment.

The IET Graduate Advantage scheme offers access to career development services and products, as well as online resources including access to technical and professional networks and links to relevant events and courses.

Final year students are able to join the scheme in the year of their graduation. “The job market has never been more competitive,” said IET young professionals business manager Paul Brett.
