New bosses for Halcrow announced

Halcrow parent company CH2M Hill has announced new international managing directors for Europe and the Middle East.

Mark Fallon has been appointed regional managing director for Europe, effective January 2013. He will be based in London. Most recently Fallon served as president of CH2M Hill’s Nuclear Business Group. He will take charge of CH2M Hill’s 3,500 European employees including those working for Halcrow.

Neil Reynolds has been appointed regional managing director for the Middle East, North Africa and India. Most recently he served as the director of international operations for the firm’s water business group. Reynolds is a Chartered Engineer, Chartered Environmentalist and ICE Fellow. CH2M Hill has nearly 2,000 employees based in the Middle East supporting water, power, infrastructure, transportation, environmental, and oil and gas programmes.

Both will report to CH2M Hill international president Jacque Rast.
