Transport for London Street Management has appointed Dr Michelle Dix and Malcolm Murray-Clark to head up development of the Mayor's congestion charging plans as a jobshare, starting in October.

David Brown has joined South Yorkshire Passenger Transport Executive as head of transport integration. He has joined from Oscar Faber where he was associate director.
