Mouchel Parkman bags Hornagold & Hills in £50M buying spree

Mouchel Parkman has bought leading edge project manager Hornagold & Hills, software and systems specialist Traffic Support Ltd and water specialist Ewan Group.
The acquisitions are valued at nearly £50M and will see Mouchel Parkman staff numbers rise by nearly 500 to 6,800.Total reported revenues in the last year for the three businesses being subsumed is £30M. Mouchel Parkman turnover for 2005-6 was £374M. The purchases put it among the top 5 UK consultancies.'We have reached an extremely important stage in our plans for growth' said Mouchel Parkman chief executive Richard Cuthbert.
