NCE launches major site security event

NCE is backing a pan-industry event on site security, to be held at Ascot Racecourse on 17 and 18 May.
The conference and exhibition is designed to identify all the areas in which site security issues impact on the safe, efficient and secure management and operation of modern construction sites.

The event’s innovative format includes short presentations highlighting the financial, legal and insurance implications of site security for those working in the construction industry.

The event will also explore issues relating to risks posed by external factors like terrorism and theft, and the connections between security and safety on site.

Each half-day conference session will be repeated three times over the two days of the event, which will be accompanied by an exhibition highlighting the latest techniques for securing sites and equipment and preventing plant theft.
