Morgan Sindall wins place on £500M frameworks contract

Contractor Morgan Sindall has won a place on the Smarte East Alliance frameworks contract in the South East of England.

The four-year framework contract is worth up to £500M with projects split up into three lots depending on cost.

The Smarte East Alliance between Essex, Hertfordshire and Suffolk County Councils and for which Essex County Council is the lead Authority

Morgan Sindall is joined by contractors May Gurney, Farrans and Lakehouse for lot three for projects over £2.5M.

Lakehouse Contracts, May Gurney and Morgan Sindall are joined by Ashe, Barnes, and Borras Construction for lot two with projects between £0.5M to £2.49M.

Beardwell, Borras, C M Cadman Group, Hutton Construction, T&B (Contractors) and T J Evers make up lot one for the smallest projects between £0.1M to £0.49M
