Bam secures planning permission for Leeds office project

Bam has secured planning permission for an seven storey commercial building in the West End of Leeds which will be known as Latitude Blue.

Construction for the 12,378 sq ha development is expected to begin almost immediately following an agreement with a prospective owner.

“This flexibility is possible because the design work is being done by Bam Design and the 18-month build will be undertaken by Bam Construction who, along with Bam Properties, are part of Bam Construct UK,” said Bam Properties development director Michael Smart.

The developer will offer the 12,378 sq ha seven-storey development to the market on a pre-let basis, and will configure the interior layout and specifications on a bespoke basis for the prospective occupier.
