PH Property to convert Crosby Homes

Property developer PH Property Holdings plans to convert the former offices of Crosby Homes in Altrincham into 13 luxury apartments, it has revealed.

The Knutsford-based firm, which bought the site for £1.75M, also hope planning permission will be given for it to construct two additional houses in the grounds of Crosby House on Dunham Road.

In total, the properties will cover around 1,900 metres square, and each is expected to go on the market for between £350,000 and £600,000.

Philip Hughes, managing director at PH Property Holdings, said the company was “thrilled” to have successfully bought the Crosby House site, and added the area was in need of an upgrade.

“Due to restrictions on planning, there hasn’t been a multi-unit development of new homes in the area for quite some time,” said Hughes. “It therefore presents us with a chance to help refresh the local property market and provide buyers with more choice”
