Last year Halcrow launched its 'Choices' flexible benefits scheme, which gives employees options to enhance their company benefits.

So far there are three options:

switching to employer pension contributions to save money on National Insurance; buying up to six extra days' holiday per year;

and buying additional private medical insurance for partners and children.

The company intends extending the range every year, with childcare vouchers likely to be the next benefit to be added.
