MoD seeks contractor for £130M barracks

The Defence Infrastructure Organisation (DIO) has launched the procurement process for the £130M redevelopment of its Beacon Barracks in Stafford.

The contract will cover detailed design and construction including demolition construction of new buildings, refurbishment of existing buildings, and infrastructure works including drainage and roads.

The project is expected to take 42 months to complete.
