Missing fax

Asmar, an Antwerp-based shipping agent, has asked Containerisation International to point out that it was unable to respond to David Eller's request for quotations on the shipment of two 20ft loads of school books from Antwerp to Accra (see 'Accra rates puzzle', Containerisation International, January 1998, pp63-65) because an 'in depth investigation' of the matter by Asmar revealed that Eller's faxes did not reach its office.
