Designer Arup is working with contractor Costain/Taylor Woodrow to expand the existing King's Cross St Pancras station ticket hall as part of a £310M London Underground (LUL) project to ease passenger congestion at the station. Demolition is under way of the sub-surface 'back of house' area, which previously contained LUL offices. The space will be re-used to improve passenger access.
