Milestone for profession

The reconstructed layout and content of New Civil Engineer will be viewed as another milestone of our profession.

At last, we get a broader picture of the news - how other people see and report on our activities. At last there is proper debate within its pages. For the first time professional development issues are covered and best of all it appeals to the younger members of the profession.

The underlying current in civil engineering, both in the national and local scene, is that of change and modernisation.

NCE has taken the bold step and this should be seen as a statement for the future.
