Middle East Foundations - an apology

The 22 March edition of NCE contained a photograph accompanied by a caption that referred to investigations under way regarding the collapse of a diaphragm wall and consequent flooding of the basement excavation of the Infinity Tower in Dubai.
The caption stated that the excavation was being dug by Middle East Foundations. That statement was entirely false. Middle East Foundations has no connection whatsoever to the Infinity Tower or to the incident referred to in the caption. NCE hereby unequivocally apologises for its error and retracts any suggestion that Middle East Foundations was involved in the incident.
