Mental arithmatic

I was surprised to read in News last week that 'the Acute and Adult Psychiatric Hospital will be Birmingham's first new hospital in 70 years' as there was a new psychiatric hospital built only about 15 years ago in Birmingham.

Coincidentally this is on the site of the proposed new hospital. Regrettably it is not on wheels so it will have to be demolished and rebuilt a little to the left.
