Mark Whitby

ICE vice president Mark Whitby was one of ten new honorary fellows to be created by Royal Institute of British Architects recently. Whitby was chosen for the award because he was 'one of that select group of engineers with whom architects really enjoy a creative conversation', according to RIBA. ICE Member Cynthia Grant also received an honorary fellowship in recognition of her work in the development of London's Docklands.
