Mamoudh Hamza faces retrial


Egyptian engineer Mamoudh Hamza faces a retrial this month after an Old Bailey jury failed to reach a verdict on charges of soliciting murder following 16 hours of deliberations. Hamza is alleged to have offered $100,000 (£60,000) for the murder of three Egyptian ministers.
