MAKING A MARK

ICE news

ICE president Mark Whitby takes time out from his presidential visit to ICE members in East Anglia to add the finishing touches to the M11 Stansted slip roads project. Whitby oversaw the final concreting of the deck of the new flyover, in preparation for the road surface to be laid on top. The £36M scheme to build new slip roads between the M11 and Stansted airport is jointly funded by the Highways Agency and BAA Stansted, in partnership with May Gurney.
