London 2012 landscaping contract out to tender

The Olympic Delivery Authority (ODA) has issued a contract notice for the construction of the landscape works within the south of the Olympic Park for the London 2012 Games.

The Landscape and Public Realm works on the Olympic Park have been split into two separate projects, one being in the north of the Park and the other being the south of the Park. The divide is the North London Line that runs through the centre of the Park. This contract notice is for the construction and maintenance of the Landscape and Public Realm works contained within the south of the Park.

The works will include the front and back-of-house areas associated with the venues in the south of the Park, the concourse connecting venues together, spectator support areas and soft and hard landscape works required within the southern Park boundary. The works may also include the demolition, construction and maintenance involved in transforming the park into its post-games legacy mode.

Interested bidders should express interest and fill out a Pre-Qualification Questionnaire via the ODA’s eTendering website.
