Light rail

There are two new light rail proposals. One is in Uxbridge in west London and the other will run from Elephant & Castle to Camden via Waterloo and Euston.

Extensions to the Docklands Light Railway and the Croydon Tramlink could follow. Two guided bus schemes in Barking/Romford and Greenwich are planned.

Two light rail lines, T1 and T2, will be extended to link the whole of outer Paris with a ring of light rail. Four guided bus routes using 'tram on tyre' vehicles are planned.
