Launch of health check

Construct IT last month launched its Year 2000 health check, a 'self- diagnostic checklist' produced to help companies evaluate the compliance of all their computer systems, from software and hardware to embedded systems in plant and buildings. The document is designed to 'enable companies to set a 'best practice' framework for their Year 2000 programmes, tailored to the needs of the construction industry'.

The free document, which also outlines a possible strategy for compliance programmes, is available direct from Construct IT or can be downloaded from the Internet. Its launch will be followed by seminars in the autumn.
