Mouchel wins £40M council contract

Mouchel Consulting has won a contract worth £40M to provide a range of services for North Yorkshire County Council, including highways services andestates management.

The contract starts next year and Mouchel, now part of the Kier Group, is the only supplier for the framework. The framework is made up of three separate parts: estates and valuation, property projects which covers major capital projects, and highways where Mouchel will provide technical support and professional and specialist engineering advice.

Mouchel Consulting managing director David Virden said: “This is an important win for Mouchel Consulting with a leading local authority like North Yorkshire County Council, and further demonstrates the value of the breadth and depth of our collaborative offering, at both a client and sector level.
