High Speed 2 (HS2) chief executive Mark Thurston is set to speak about the project at the next NCE100 Club event.

Thurston will be the keynote speaker at the event on 30 November at the ICE, One Great George Street, London which focuses on design innovation.

New Civil Engineer’s NCE100 Clubs are five events that bring together senior representatives from Britain’s leading consultants, contractors, clients and industry stakeholders to debate key industry topics and share best practice through presentations from New Civil Engineer’s NCE100 winning companies.

Each club begins with a keynote speech from a leading industry figure, on a key industry issue that aligns with one of the NCE100’s award categories.

This club is focusing on design innovation and will feature three of our award winners to present.
