Last chance for engineers

Letters to the editor

Of course we should initiate an Institution of Engineers before we are pressured into an Institution of Construction. We should (and could) have done this 40 years ago. It is unfortunate that in that time the Establishment has let slip three opportunities to achieve this. Three times is a lot.
