Land locked?

Re the Cumbria wind farm inquiry (NCE 28 April): most new civil engineering projects depend on the acquisition or entry to land.

Would your next report please include information as to how the land question is to be solved in this case- Without such information the political, planning and development aspects are not clear.

Is there to be an Act of Parliament to seek compulsory purchase powers- Does the government already own the land?
