Kiley views are common sense

How can any body be responsible for the operation of a transport system if they do not have control over its maintenance?

Bob Kiley's arguments are simple common sense (NCE 14 March). The Government's PPP solution is yet another example of this government's muddled approach to managing the great institutions which make the UK tick. Have they not learnt anything from recent national railway experiences?

Bob Kiley calls for ICE support, and the NCE 500 survey shows that a significant proportion of our members back his view. We clearly need positive ICE action. Are we going to get any?
