Keep Norfolk dry

It is sad to see that the Environment Agency is prepared to accept the loss of 6,000 hectares of Norfolk to the sea.

We need to preserve our precious land in this very crowded country of ours. If our Dutch neighbours took this relaxed approach to letting the sea have its way the Netherlands would be a much smaller and far less productive country.

Could I also ask for a little more technical rigour and for the problem to be recognised as predominately due to sinking land mass rather than rising sea levels.
