Daniel Glover tells us in the Daily Telegraph that he needed A level exam results of four Ds to study civil engineering at Plymouth University.

Challenging stuff.

At least with this hurdle in front of the next generation of civil engineers, John Prescott should be able to find the staff in design and construction to achieve his next mega-plan. I just wonder about the quality: pile 'em high, sell 'em cheap.
