Irish piling contractor targets UK market

Ireland-based piling contractor PJ Edwards has announced the opening of a dedicated office to target contracts in the UK.

The company has worked in Ireland for 40 years and has undertaken contracts in the UK since the 1980s but has only now taken the decision to set up a dedicated UK business unit, which will be based in Milton Keynes. According to PJ Edwards managing director Martin Kenwright, the on-going growth of the business in the UK has given rise to the demand for a focused business unit.

PJ Edwards has previously worked on contracts at the Olympics site and is also currently involved in Crossrail and the Second Forth Crossing.
