IRISH ACCORD

IRISH ACCORD: AME chairman John Bircumshaw (second left) welcomes the first ever ICE Dublin association chairman Oliver Russell (centre) into the fold. Bircumshaw, accompanied by Deputy Secretary Amar Bhogul, was in Dublin to mark the expanding of the AME Dublin division into an ICE local association comprising 650 members. ICE President Roger Sainsbury had earlier in the week delivered his Presidential Address to Institution of Engineers Ireland members in Athlone.
