Interserve wins £108M defence contract extension

Interserve wins £108M two-year extension for the Defence Infrastructure Organisation to look after prime estates in London.

This contract includes estate management and construction services at 106 locations in London and South East England encompassing over 7,000 buildings and facilities including Chelsea Barracks, Horse Guards Parade, Buckingham Palace, St James Palace, Cavalry Barracks, the Duke of York’s Royal Military School, RAF High Wycombe, RAF Northolt and Sandhurst.

In March 2005, Interserve was awarded the South East Regional Prime Contract (SE RPC) by Defence Estates (DE).

The contract, valued at around £380M, was for an initial seven-year period.  Interserve has now been awarded the extension because of the good work they have undertaken.
