American Society of Civil Engineers President Delon Hampton presented an International Civil Engineering Landmark plaque to ICE President George Fleming during the ICE/ASCE Millennium Link Conference on the rehabilitation of the Forth & Clyde and Union Canals which took place in Edinburgh during July. The plaque will be placed in the boat lift which forms a key element of the restoration.
