Anti Roads campaigners were at the Appeal Court on Tuesday to try to overturn a High Court ruling which gives the Birmingham Northern Relief Road the go-ahead. The Alliance Against BNRR lost its attempt to quash orders authorising the £650M road in October. But it claims it can now prove that the public inquiry was substantially prejudiced.
