Aecom buys Bullen Aecom Technology Corporation, the US parent of UK consultant Faber Maunsell, acquired Bullen Consultants on 1 April. Bullen has 500 staff across the UK working in highways, rail, water, environment and building. The firm will join Faber Maunsell group.

Lyme Regis stablisation scheme High-Point Rendel has been appointed as supervisor, designer and planning supervisor for a £16M coastal protection and landslide stabilisation scheme at Lyme Regis in Dorset for West Dorset District Council.

The contract was awarded to Mowlem Construction in March.

Stent scores in Scotland Stent Foundations has won three driven piling contracts in Scotland, with a combined value of more than £300M. The firm will install piles for a school near Glasgow, and for residential developments in Aberdeen and Edinburgh.
