in brief Two civil engineers


Two civil engineers are among seven new members of the Engineering Council senate elected by engineers on the national register. They are environmental engineer Andrew Burton and Bristol University senior lecturer Rowland Morgan. New ICE council-elected members are past-president Tony Ridley, professor of transport engineering at Imperial College and Mark Whitby, senior partner at Whitby Bird & Partners.
