In brief Bank of Ireland

Bank of Ireland has launched two credit facilities aimed at construction. Safeguard is like an overdraft but cannot be withdrawn if the economy falters. Spike provides up to 20% of monthly turnover in emergency funding for up to 30 days. The bank is also running a free seminar on Surviving the Millennium on 25 May. Tel 0171 634 3105.
