The aim of the competition is to highlight and recognise the best of civil engineering management and to set an example for younger engineers. Open to professionally qualified civil engineers, irrespective of the size or type of their activity, field of practice, project or employing organisation. The winner receives £5,000 and three runners up will each get £1,000. The first round involves filling in an application form (which can be downloaded from www. ice. org. uk/cemya) and sending it in by 9 July. There are subsequent rounds and a final on 17 November.
